Westwood Group Home
The Westwood home has been operated by JGW Living since September 1994. It was specifically built to provide housing for individuals who had been institutionalized at Glendale and Woodlands in the 1990s. We are currently contracted to provide care for medically fragile residents and in-home day program services for five residents. Staff at this resource are highly skilled in meeting the personal care, mental health, and medical needs as well as supporting community integration activities. Being responsive and understanding of non-verbal communication cues has been essential in this team’s ability to meet the medical and emotional health needs of the residents.

Kaitlyn's Way Group Home
The Kaitlyn’s Way home has been in operation since October 1994. It operates as a duplex dwelling with two individuals on one side and three on the other. The home provides staff who are skilled in meeting the medical, behavioral, and personal care needs of a diverse group of residents. The team at this home is highly skilled, passionate about community integration, and has been very successful in meeting the needs of the residents through encouraging independence, empowering autonomous decision-making, and building healthy, sustainable, relationships.

Applecross Group Home
The Applecross home has been operated by this agency since October 1999. Applecross is home to four young adults. They have complex needs including mobility issues, high medical needs, and a strong desire for independent and fulfilling lives. There is a great deal of positive stakeholder involvement in this resource. Residents, parents, and associated professionals have expressed they have seen positive outcomes for the residents including: reduction in aggressive outbursts, improved self-management and coping skills, improved communication skills, increased enjoyment in their independence and involvement in their communities. The skilled care team is flexible and supportive while striving to blend safety, medical needs, and quality of life goals for the residents.

Mountainview Group Home
The Mountainview home has been in operation since March 1996. The home was built to provide care for individuals moving from Glendale and Woodlands. The residents at Mountainview have become very active in their community. Staff commitment to quality care and community living has resulted in positive outcomes including: improved resident health, reduction in health related critical incidents, improved communication, increased opportunities for social interaction, and community access for the residents. Staff are skilled in meeting the varied needs of the residents at this home in order to meet their health needs and personal goals for independent and self determination.
